The glow around the fur looks very impressive. I like all of you color choices, and the textures you chose for the clothes and straps etc.
The only real "critique" I would offer, is that you work on an intricate background scene. A subject this beautiful deserves a dynamic environment to dwell in. Maybe a village being torn apart by his less "shamanistic" associates, or maybe you could show him standing at the front of an army, preparing to attack.
In any case, well done my friend.
